Before any subscription is activated and charged, you must agree to a "Terms & Conditions" prompt to make sure you are comfortable with the amount and type of your subscription. Be sure to only check the box to confirm once you are sure you want the subscription to be processed as described in the terms and conditions area above the button to subscribe.
Researchers with an activated subscription may cancel recurring billing by navigating to the "Payments & Billing" page from within the secure user area, and clicking the red button at the very bottom of the page labeled "Click here to cancel your FindParticipants.com subscription".
Once your subscription is cancelled, no further billing will take place, however, your account will remain accessible and active, and the features for any active subscriptions on your account will remain accessible at no additional charge until the end of the subscription period.
